The Metropolitan Council approved a Specific Plan (SP) rezoning for a 5.33-acre site at 400 11th Avenue North in Nashville, transitioning from Office Neighborhood (ON) and Residential Multifamily (RM9) zoning districts. The approved PUD allows for a 16-story mixed-use development. The project will feature up to 349 residential units, 13,000 square feet of retail space, and 2,000 square feet of office space. This decision followed a recommendation from the Planning Commission.
