The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved an amendment to the Specific Plan (SP) for a mixed-use development at 700 21st Ave N. The amendment allows for an increase in residential density from 150 units to 250 units and modifies building height limits. The proposed development will include 250 residential units, approximately 15,000 SF of ground-floor retail, and structured parking. Conditions of approval include contributions to affordable housing funds and traffic impact mitigation measures.
