A resolution approving a grant contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, acting by and through the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT), and the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) to provide funds in an amount not to exceed $25,000,000 for preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition, and construction for Project No. HSIP-24-001(36) and CNP-24-001(38), to be used for multimodal infrastructure improvements including pedestrian and bicycle facilities, sidewalks, and other safety enhancements citywide. This grant will help fund significant transportation infrastructure improvements across Nashville, enhancing safety and accessibility for all residents.
