A resolution authorizing the Metropolitan Mayor to submit a grant application for, and to execute a grant contract with the State of Tennessee, Department of Transportation, to provide financial assistance for the development of traffic signal optimization and operations, ITS improvements, and connected vehicle technology in the amount of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00), for the benefit of the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure.
