The Los Angeles Department of General Services (GSD) received recommendations from the Housing and Homelessness Committee and the HHH Administrative Oversight Committee to authorize the General Manager, GSD, or designee, to execute the First Amended and Restated Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) with Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (HCHC). This agreement is for the development of a permanent supportive housing project located at 1000 N. Vermont Avenue. The ENA has a term of one year, with two additional one-year options to extend. Additionally, the GSD, or designee, is authorized to prepare and issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for project management and related services to facilitate the development. The project aims to convert a 1.25-acre surplus City-owned property into approximately 180 units of permanent supportive housing.
