The Jacksonville City Council approved a rezoning request for a 1.48-acre site located at 200 E. Duval Street. The approval will allow for the development of a 177-unit multifamily residential project, consisting of a seven-story building. The project, estimated at $30 million, will feature 172,990 square feet of residential space. The development is expected to contribute to the revitalization of the downtown area.
