An ordinance amending the Jacksonville Ranch Club Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for the development of 374 single-family attached and detached homes on approximately 177.37 acres. The proposed amendment modifies the existing PUD zoning to permit a higher density residential use, including both attached and detached single-family units, which was previously designated for lower-density residential and open space. The project will include new internal roadways, stormwater management facilities, and amenities for residents. The Planning Commission voted to recommend approval (7-0) on November 4, 2025.
