Application for a Small Scale Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) and a rezoning from RLD-60 (Residential Low Density – 60’ lots) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for approximately 2.2 acres of land located at the 5200 Block of Timuquana Road. The purpose of the application is to allow for the future development of 12 single-family lots. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the application by a vote of 7-0.
