An ordinance was adopted to amend the Future Land Use Map, Land Use Atlas, and Zoning Map for approximately 4.3 acres of land located at 464 Grand Avenue. The land use designation was changed from Residential Low Density (RLD) to Commercial Medium Density (CMD), and the zoning designation was also changed from Residential Low Density (RLD) to Commercial Medium Density (CMD). This change permits the development of a commercial retail center with a maximum of 30,000 square feet of retail space and associated parking. The property is currently undeveloped.
