An ordinance approved the rezoning of approximately 1.55 acres of land located at 10100 Baymeadows Road from Commercial Office (CO) to Planned Development (PD). This change allows for the construction of a new Gate gas station, which will include a convenience store and a car wash. The project specifically permits up to 6,000 square feet for the convenience store, 12 fueling positions, and an automatic car wash. Modifications to setback and impervious surface requirements were also included in the approval. The site is currently undeveloped and this development will introduce new retail and service infrastructure to the area.
