The Houston City Council approved a second amendment to a contract with the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for the FEMA FY2019 Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) Program. This program facilitates the elevation of 26 flood-prone homes. The amendment removes one property from the 'Other Special Conditions and Exceptions' list as it has now received clearance under the National Historical Preservation Act. It also changes the due date for quarterly reports from 15 to 10 days after the end of each federal quarter. The contract budget and total project cost remain unchanged.
