The City Council of Houston approved a marketing agreement with Newmark Real Estate of Houston, LLC for the sale of a 3.48-acre undeveloped tract of land located at 12606 Cityscape Avenue. Newmark Real Estate will serve as the broker to market the property for sale. The agreement aims to facilitate the disposition of surplus city property.
