This project entails the installation of approximately 10,652 linear feet of new 6-inch and 8-inch water mains using open-cut methods. It also includes the replacement of privately owned lead and galvanized water service lines. The work will span numerous streets within the Greater Hilltop community. Funding is secured through a loan from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA), contingent upon approval from the Ohio Water Development Authority. Driven Excavating, LLC, was selected after submitting the lowest of six competitive bids.
