The proposed center will feature indoor turf fields, basketball courts, a boxing and fitness room, a multipurpose room, a concessions/bar area, and a pro shop. The development plans include 108 parking spaces and a maximum building height of 42 feet. The maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) for the project will be 1.0.
