This rezoning enables the applicant, EZMB, LLC, to construct a new four-story, three-unit residential building with a basement and a three-car garage. The project is situated on a 3,075-square-foot lot, and the proposed building will have a total floor area of 5,224 square feet. The measure was passed by the council on November 14, 2025.
