The Chicago City Council approved a zoning reclassification for the property at 1120 W. Fullerton Avenue to bring an existing structure into compliance. The site, previously zoned RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, was changed to B3-2 Community Shopping District. The application was filed to legalize the existing three-story mixed-use building, which contains a ground-floor retail unit and four apartments above. No physical changes to the building's footprint, height, or its two-space detached garage were proposed. The council's final approval was granted on November 14, 2025.
