Toll Brothers is petitioning to rezone a 27.82-acre site from MX-3 (Mixed-Use, conditional) to N2-A(CD) (Neighborhood 2-A, conditional) to facilitate the development of up to 113 multi-family attached dwelling units. The property is currently undeveloped and located east of Old Statesville Road, near the intersection with Pete Brown Road.
