The property will be combined with an adjacent 19-acre site for a residential development known as the Harvest Hill Drive Subdivision. As a condition of the sale, the developer is required to provide two for-sale affordable housing units within the project, targeted at households earning at or below 80% of the area median income. These units will have a 15-year affordability restriction and must be among the first 55 homes built, with an occupancy deadline of September 30, 2027. The broader development site was previously rezoned to N1-D(CD) on March 17, 2025, to accommodate the project.
