Several final plats and a master replat for residential developments in Aloravita South have been approved. These approvals include new subdivisions creating numerous residential lots and dedicated spaces for community amenities.
The master replat at 77th Lane and Jomax Road subdivides Tracts D and E, creating eight new parcels for residential development, a city park, and parcels for the Arizona State Land Trust. This replat also dedicates new right of way for city maintenance, further supporting the city’s infrastructure needs.
Located at the northwest corner of Yearling Road and 78th Lane, this final plat creates 98 new residential lots. All internal roadways will be public and maintained by the City of Peoria, ensuring accessibility and city support for the new community.
